Vanilla cheesecake with blackberry compote
Make a posh pud from a ready made cheesecake with a warm, homemade berry compote.
- Put the blackberries and sugar in a large saucepan with 1 tablespoon water. Simmer gently for 5-10 minutes, until the berries are soft and sticky.
- Plate up the cheesecake slices and spoon over the warm compote to serve.
